Radial Timeline Community exists for writer-to-writer progress, project updates, and relevant discussion between working novelists. It is not advertising inventory, a lead-generation list, or a marketing channel.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Radial Timeline Community.
These guidelines apply to everything you publish here: posts, session updates, your profile (display name, bio, location, links), and project pages. By accepting them you confirm you meet the age requirement and agree to the rules and the enforcement process below. They work alongside the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Community posts, profiles, and public project pages are visible to anyone on the internet — no account required. Share what you’re comfortable having read by strangers, including future agents, editors, and readers. Your manuscript itself never leaves your vault unless you explicitly publish specific data through the plugin’s sharing tiers.
The timeline you upload is stored to serve the scenes you reveal. We don’t sell it, and we don’t send it to an AI model.
Community posts are different — they’re screened by automated systems, including AI review, before they appear.
And when you use Radial Timeline’s AI features in the plugin, that content goes to the provider you chose, under that provider’s terms. We pass it along; what they do with it is their agreement with you, not ours.
Do not post or use Community for:
Relevant project news and genuine recommendations are welcome when they don’t overwhelm the writing-community purpose and any material connection is clear.
Your fiction is yours. Dark themes, violence, and strong language within your creative work — a logline, an excerpt of tone, a description of what you’re writing — are part of being a novelist and are not violations. The line is conduct: how you treat the people here.
Every post you don’t own has a Report control. Reports are private: the author is not told who reported them, and report records are never public. Repeated knowingly false or abusive reports are themselves a violation of these guidelines.
Community content is screened by automated systems, including AI review of new posts and profile changes, and by reader reports. When the system detects a likely violation:
Severe or urgent cases — safety threats, illegal content, active scams — may be handled without prior notice. Where the law requires it, illegal content is reported to the relevant authorities.
If your account is flagged, you’ll see a notice when you try to post. To appeal or ask questions, email community@radialtimeline.com — include your handle. Appeals are read by a human (there’s exactly one of him) and answered as quickly as possible.
Limited copies of removed content and report records are retained as evidence for safety, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal claims, per the retention policy in the Privacy Policy. Account deletion anonymizes account references where possible.
Material changes to conduct, privacy, or moderation rules increment the guidelines version, and you’ll be asked to accept the new version once before your next post.
